LITEXBEAM is an Open Access Facility for characterisation of solid materials structure, chemical and phase (compounds) composition at Center for Physical Sciences and Technology (FTMC), Lithuania.

Electron microscopy, x-ray spectroscopy and XRD open access center

The Center offers an open access facilities for characterization of solid material surface structure, morphology, inner and crystalline structure, chemical and phase composition. The Center is equipped with a modern electron microscopes, x-ray diffractometers, spectrometers and an analyzer of carbon and sulphur.

A highly experienced scientific and technical staff is working in the Center. Some of the research associates gained their experience in the field of electron microscopy, x-ray spectroscopy and x-ray diffraction for more than 30 years. The employs are able to provide even very complicated and comprehensive studies of structure and composition of different solid materials.
